PRIVATE BREATHWORK HEALING SESSIONS
These are 90 min private sessions for individuals and couples. Held in person in Miami at my or your location or online.
Every session is tailored to your needs.
We’ll talk about you, the breath technique (conscious connected breath/rebirth breathwork/holotropic breathwork), and move through a mediation into the breathwork session. Water sessions are available as well.
Breathwork offers a pathway beyond the thinking mind, tapping into inner wisdom and creating space for profound emotional release. It provides an opportunity to let go of fear, self-doubt, resentment, shame, guilt, limiting beliefs, or unresolved trauma to reconnect to inner peace, clarity, and the freedom to embrace life fully and authentically.
BREATH FOR BREAKFAST Energy - Balance - Calmness
A 30-45 min breathing session to become present and connect to the body. This sets your energy and intention right for the day, activates your energy, reconnects you to inner trust, and restores focus, motivation, and confidence and you’ll feel calm but alive!Includes movement, meditation, breathing, and breath-holds.
Perfect as online sessions but also available in person in Miami.
SOUND BATHS
Yep, you’ll bathe in sound! Lay down and let the vibrations of singing bowls, drums, gong, flute, didgeridoo, chimes etc immerse you in soothing frequencies. The vibrations during a Sound Healing help clear blockages, harmonize energy, and promote deep relaxation. Allow these ancient sounds to guide you into a state of calm and balance.

GROUP BREATHWORK

Group sessions are held in person in Miami at my or your location, or online worldwide via zoom. These range from breathwork healing journeys to breathing for breakfast to relearn how-to-breathe sessions. Connect with others and recognize that many share similar challenges, reminding you that you are not alone. Each session includes movement to begin, an introduction to the technique, meditation, and a guided breathwork journey set to an enchanting playlist. These sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced breathers.
