PRIVATE BREATHWORK HEALING SESSIONS
I offer 1.5 hr private sessions for individuals and couples. These are held in person in Miami in my breathing room or at your location or online.
Every session is customized for your needs. Water sessions are available as well.
We’ll talk about you, the breath technique (conscious connected breath/rebirth breathwork/holotropic breathwork), and move into a mediation followed by the breathwork session. The breath goes beyond the thinking mind and accesses inner wisdom, a space for you to transform fear, and self-doubt, and let go of resentment, shame, guilt, old beliefs, or trauma to find inner contentment and live your life fully!


BREATH FOR BREAKFAST Energy - Balance - Calmness
A breathing journey to become present and connect to the body. This sets your energy and intention right for the day, activate your energy, reconnects you to inner trust, and restores focus, motivation, and confidence and you’ll feel at peace but alive!
Includes movement, meditation, breathing, and breath-holding.

Perfect to be held online but also available in person in Miami.

GROUP BREATHWORK
private - public
Group sessions are held in person in Miami in my or your location, as well as online worldwide via zoom.  These range from breathwork healing journeys to breathing for breakfast to relearn how-to-breathe sessions. Connect to others and see that you are not alone and often dealing with the same issues as many others.
The breathwork sessions include a movement to start, an introduction to the breath technique, meditation, and the guided breathwork session along with an elevating playlist. My sessions are suited for beginners as well as experienced breathers. 


RELEARN HOW TO BREATHE
Explore breath practices that you can do on your own, to integrate them into your everyday life. Relearn how to breathe and to use the breath to manage your emotions. Develop a routine that will boost and benefit your health, focus, and mind in the long run. Available for individuals or groups.

CORPORATE WORKSHOPS

Regulating our nervous system to find stillness, a clear mind, and motivation – the breath is a tool that can be used in many different practices, duration, and rhythms. Breathe with your team in the office, at a conference, or as an excursion combined with nature adventures, every Corporate workshop is customized. Traveling to your location is possible.
Explore formats like
Corporate mediation, breathwork to release stress or bond with your team, breathing rooms at fairs, breath breaks, or educational classes about the breath to improve your health, focus, patience, and motivation in everyday life. All sessions are available at different lengths depending on your time and purpose.
