What to expect:

Come and explore a group session, as a beginners or an experienced breather. I host groups online and in person. Breathing surrounded by a community of people is very powerful. Remember, we are all in this together and all humans, carrying baggage from the past. We will create a safe space and a group connection so everybody feels welcome and free to open and to feel. I come around to assist you through light touch and my voice.

In online sessions I’ll guide you by voice, I see your upper body to observe what is going on for you. You will be muted, which gives you more privacy. So there are pro’s and con’s for both ;-)

I’ll always explain what breathwork is, what we will do, an introduction of the technique, followed by a grounding meditation. I am there to create a safe space, to support and to guide you. Accompanied by elevating playlists that keeps you motivated to breathe, surrender and flow. Other sounds and movement are optional parts. You will feel 100% different before and after the session. The more you put in the more you’ll get out.
